Gidia Oaks is a UK-headquartered infrastructure investment, development and operating company focused on digital, energy and sustainable infrastructure across emerging markets. It builds data centres, manufactures the hardware that goes inside them, and owns the software that runs both: the GO-CN48-32-2T RISC-V compute node, SteadGrid for facilities and operations, GOCLIMS for client management and billing, and PairFlex and IndexFlex for trading spare capacity.

Escrow Tech is a solutions company within the group, and that's where I work on its software products.

SteadGrid is the platform data centre operators use to run their facilities day to day, from keeping an eye on power and cooling to managing staff, tenants and visitors.

I built the frontend from the ground up and I'm its main frontend engineer. It serves everyone involved in running a facility, as well as the teams overseeing the platform across countries, and each of them gets a workspace shaped around what they actually do.

Creator Studio is the low-code builder in Escrow Tech's developer console, where creators build by placing and connecting blocks on a canvas, with live validation, simulation and previews along the way.

I set up the frontend from scratch and I'm building it out now.
