The problem

Every AI model has blind spots. Ask a single model a question and you get one perspective, with no way of knowing whether another model would have caught a mistake or given a better answer.

Comparing models usually means pasting the same prompt into several tabs and judging the answers yourself.

The idea

Kakcil turns that comparison into the product. You choose a council of models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI and Moonshot. Every message goes to the whole council at once, and each model answers in parallel.

Each model then scores the other responses on accuracy, completeness, clarity, relevance and conciseness. The response with the most votes becomes the council's answer, and every other response stays available along with how it scored.

How it works

  • Responses stream in over Server-Sent Events, so each model's answer appears as it is written.
  • The conversation is a graph rather than a transcript. Built on React Flow, every prompt, response and council answer is a node you can pan, zoom and inspect.
  • Any response can become a branch. Start a new thread from an answer that lost the vote and keep both lines of discussion side by side.
  • Users bring their own provider keys, which are encrypted at rest and can be switched on or off without being deleted.

The result

A chat where you never have to trust a single model. You see every answer, how each one scored and why the winner won, and you can follow any of them further.
