Moil started as a job marketplace for blue-collar and skilled trade workers in the US, connecting them with the businesses that hire them. It has since grown into an AI platform for small business owners.

I worked on the marketplace frontend from July to December 2023, across both sides of it: workers looking for jobs and employers hiring them.

• An AI resume builder that generates a resume from a worker's details and renders it to PDF with React-PDF, cutting the manual effort of writing one by about 80%.
• Job applications and the employer hiring workflow.
• Real-time chat between workers and employers.
• Personalised job recommendations, which improved match accuracy and raised engagement by 35%.
